Abstract Submission

Abstract Submission Guidelines

The abstract should contain a summary of the essential scientific information ( it must be scientific in nature) and neither promotional nor commercial in tone.

Specifically,

  • The abstracts should be in English language only.
  • Abbreviations may be used in the body of an abstract. However, they should be defined at the first mention in the text.
  • The abstract body should not exceed 300 words, excluding title, author and institution list.
  • Please list all authors and the corresponding affiliations. You will have the possibility to specify affiliations and select the presentig author (speaker checkbox) during the submission process.
  • The affiliation should include Department name, Institution name, City, State (if applicable) and Country.
  • We ask you to submit a doc/docx version of the abstract (including title, all authors, affiliations). The presentig author should be underlined.
  • Please notice that you have the chance to choose only poster or poster/talk submission. Best submissions will be selected for oral presentations.
  • Authors must accept sole responsibility for the statements and accuracy in the abstract.
  • Submission will be managed through EasyChair. Please use the SUBMIT ABSTRACT link below to submit your abstract.
